Who is violet in a series of unfortunate events

Like all adults on the show, Eleanora Poe is easily impressionable and receptive to misinformation. Here's what the cast looks like in real life. Lemony Snicket is the pen name for Daniel Handler, who wrote the books the show is based on. He's played by Patrick Warburton. Violet Baudelaire is the eldest of the Baudelaire siblings.

She's played by the year-old actress Malina Weissman in her first major role. The middle sibling is Klaus, who's extraordinarily well-read for his age. In real life, actor Louis Hynes is a couple of years older than Weissman. And Sunny is the youngest of the orphans. With many apprehensive, childish adults around her, Violet learns to be defiant of them to defend herself and her siblings.

Sometimes, this leads to her standing on her morals; but other times, this leads to her defying them, which she acknowledges. No wonder Count Olaf sees her as a threat.

Violet best exemplified this by forcing her guardians to take their guardianship seriously. In the process, their guardian, Aunt Josephine, was able to stand her ground from Captain Sham, and Jerome Squalor poured out his grievances to Esme though failingly. Because of the adults pinning misfortunes onto her, Violet sometimes questions her own values. Some guardians bear a moral compass, and others do not.

Frequently, she was addressed by Lemony Snicket in his internal monologues and in-depth investigation about the Baudelaire children. From his findings, he claims that Violet looks exactly like her mother.

But their similarities don't end at the physical. Beatrice also possesses a skill in makeup, essential for disguises. She loves going to picnics and reading books, bonding activities for the Baudelaires. Speaking of inventions, inventing is the core personality of Violet. Her inventions are mostly made up of furnished parts or makeshift materials. On every phase of living with a guardian, she would devise a helpful contraption that would either assist their said guardian or outwit Count Olaf and his cronies.

That is just a sixteenth of her cleverness. Before Violet gets to inventing, she has the habitual practice of tying her hair with a tucked ribbon and thinking on the spot of the quickest contraption she can craft. And then we found out they'd written a long letter and it had just gotten lost in the mail. Do you remember how guilty we felt for thinking bad thoughts about them? This is just like that.

Klaus Baudelaire : No it's not. Violet Baudelaire : Why? Klaus Baudelaire : Because they're not in Europe. They're not coming back. Aunt Josephine : Oh, God, I hate it here.

Violet Baudelaire : Well, Aunt Josephine, have you ever thought of, maybe, moving someplace else? Maybe, if you moved away from Lake Lachrymose, you might feel better. Aunt Josephine : Oh, I could never, never, never, never sell this house. Lemony Snicket : There are two kinds of fears. Rational and irrational.

Being afraid of realtors is an irrational fear. Realtor : [shows her card to a tentative Josephine] Is this a bad time? Aunt Josephine : [screams at the top of her lungs]. Klaus Baudelaire : [to Violet] We gotta get her out of the house.

Klaus Baudelaire : We have to go to the authorities! Violet Baudelaire : No. Klaus Baudelaire : What? Violet Baudelaire : They won't listen. They never listen! We have to find Aunt Josephine - by ourselves. Violet Baudelaire : There's always something. Violet Baudelaire : We are very concerned. Uncle Monty : Well spotted! Violet Baudelaire : Is that a he or a she? Uncle Monty : I have no idea!

I didn't think it polite to ask. Violet Baudelaire : [to Aunt Josephine while fighting off leeches] Aunt Josephine that is not helping!
