Young justice where is artemis
This means that Wally West might still be alive perhaps absorbed into the Speed Force , as many fans theorized and could return in season 4 of Young Justice. Even if Wally truly is dead, it seems that this subplot will continue into the next season, given the recurring issues involving M'Gann using her powers to manipulate her loved ones for what she sees as their own good. Matt Morrison has been writing about comics since before the word "blogging" was coined. He got his start writing for the legendary DC Comics digital fanzine Fanzing, before receiving his own column, The Mount.

Following in her parents' footsteps, Artemis used her first name as her "alias" for a time, before adopting the name Tigress, after her mother. In her Young Justice reimagining , Artemis' origin remained largely unchanged, but she was forced against her will to train as a Super-Villain by her abusive father while her mother was in prison after taking a fall for her husband. Artemis and her sister, Jade, were trained and emotionally manipulated by Sportsmaster until their mother was released.
Upon her return, Paula impressed upon her husband that she wanted a different life for their daughters. But Sportsmaster had other plans. The couple had a falling out, leading to a messy divorce that left Artemis alone with her mother, struggling to use of her skill set in a way that would make her mom proud. She set out to be an amateur DC Super Hero working in Gotham City, where she was discovered by Batman; he knew the truth of her family and admired her desire to do some good in the world.
He invented a backstory for her in which she was Green Arrow's niece so she could join the Young Justice team without suspicion. Artemis has no superhuman abilities, but has trained to become an Olympic-level athlete and marksman. She is an accomplished tracker, sharpshooter and hunter as well as a skilled thief. The group was formed by the Wizard to challenge the Infinity, Inc.
Injustice Unlimited was intended as the "next generation" of the Injustice Society, a perpetual threat to the Justice Society of America, and comprised almost entirely former Injustice Society members' children. Artemis remained with various incarnations of Injustice Unlimited, a part of multiple rosters, and even began a romantic relationship with one of her fellow villains, the Icicle.
Artemis was reintroduced on the animated TV show Young Justice as a teenager posing as Green Arrow's newest sidekick, a "niece" who joined the team at Batman's behest Young Justice season 1, episode 6, "Infiltrator". As a result, Paula was sent to prison and Artemis was left in Sportsmaster's care alongside her older sister, Jade.
However, when she lost Wally, it truly broke her, as she was looking at a future and family, hoping their love would take them away from the superhero game and into a life of peace at last. She's now experiencing these memories again when Nightwing and Aqualad show up to reveal Conner died too. After that, everything starts crushing her mentally, as she feels like another original -- someone she considered a brother -- has been taken too soon.
It shows most when she looks at pictures of the team being put up, remembering how they were robbed of Wally at such a young age, and now, Superboy, with only Miss Martian and Gar there in his final moments. It's quite heartbreaking because Artemis becomes sloppy in the field , botches her teaching job over the upcoming days and isn't functioning socially.
It's very relatable to grief in the real world, touching on how we struggle to cope with the loss of loved ones. The thing is, no one can help her process it because she wants to do it on her own. Dick and Aqualad visit Conner's shrine in the Watchtower by themselves, while Artemis does the same.
As she reads "A Tale of Two Cities" in the post-credits as well, it's clear she's trying to use her mom's coping method -- literature. After all, Artemis has always been independent, that is, until Wally made her vulnerable, so all this adds emotional resonance and proves while she has gotten stronger, no one's invincible from fighting this monster known as angst. Some good does come from all this, as Artemis wants to reunite with Cheshire.
